Nautica (Blueberry Shiraz) 750ml
An exciting combination of freshly picked wild Newfoundland blueberries and Shiraz grapes. The berries provide the health-boosting antioxidants and the tannins in the grape skins produce the rich colour of this delicately blended and artfully crafted medium red wine.
Sleeveen (Blueberry Amarone) 750ml
To make Sleeveen we blend the freshest wild Newfoundland blueberries with Amarone - a rich Italian red wine. The result is an intense, full-bodied wine that balances the concentrated, raisiny fruit of Amarone with notes of blueberry.
Blueberry (semi-sweet) 750ml
This is our most popular wine. It is made with wild Newfoundland low-bush blueberries, bursting with flavour and rich with vitamin C and anti-oxidants. The berries produce a beautiful ruby-coloured wine. Serve chilled.
Rhubarb (medium) 750ml
Rhubarb wine has bold undertones and gentle fruity flavours. The tamed tartness of the rhubarb brings a crisp finish, with only a hint of its origin. This is an excellent sipping wine and goes well with salmon, turkey, baked ham, or salads. Serve chilled
Crowberry (medium-dry) 750ml
The Crow Berry is the small, wild ground-fruit known to most Newfoundlanders and Labradorians as the blackberry, which is very high in nutrients, flavones and anti-oxidants. Among wine connoisseurs, blackberry wine is considered to be very similar in taste to a red grape wine. It is ideal for sipping with cheese and crackers, or with steak, beef, fish and poultry. Serve chilled.
Black Currant (medium) 750ml
Black Currants have traditionally been used in Newfoundland and Labrador as a healing berry, especially in the treatment of a sore throat. This is a lovely sipping wine as well as a complement to cheese and crackers. It is also the perfect choice to serve with beef and, in particular, wild game such as moose and caribou. Serve chilled.
Strawberry-Rhubarb (medium-dry) 750ml
The aroma of this wine will remind you of freshly picked strawberries, with a hint of the rhubarb that serves as the quiet one in this wonderful marriage. Serve chilled.
Strawberry-Partridgeberry (medium-sweet) 750ml
Two of Newfoundland's finest fruits come together in a beautifully balanced, full-bodied wine with just a hint of sweetness. The subtle taste of ripe strawberries allows the tart flavour of partridgeberry to predominate without overwhelming the palate. Serve chilled.
Gooseberry (semi-sweet) 750ml
Gooseberry wine is high in alcohol and the perfect blend of the sweet and the tart. Gooseberries are of the currant family of berries and are not plentiful in most parts of Newfoundland and Labrador, making this wine all the more precious to taste. Serve chilled.
Damson (medium-dry) 750ml
This fruity, yet tart flavoured wine is the result of harvesting top quality damsons from our local area. Damsons belong to the plum family and they create a lovely blush-coloured wine. Serve chilled.
Blueberry Iceberg (medium-sweet) 375ml
Blueberry Iceberg wine is an exotic blend of wild Newfoundland low-bush blueberries and crisp, clean iceberg water. The berries are rich with vitamin C and anti-oxidants, and they make a rich, silky wine that complements any number of desserts - just try sipping it with shortbread cookies. Serve chilled.
Bakeapple Iceberg (medium-sweet) 375ml
Bakeapple Iceberg is a beautiful fruit wine with the distinct taste of the famed local berry, also called Newfoundland Gold. Bakeapples are picked from their natural growing fields, bogs and low-lying areas all over the province. The berries produce a golden-hued wine that can be sipped after dinner or drizzled over ice cream.
Raspberry Iceberg (sweet) 375ml
Raspberry Iceberg wine is made from fresh Newfoundland and Labrador raspberries and crisp iceberg water. Heavy on raspberry flavour and high in alcohol, this wine is a lovely after-dinner drink. As an extra special treat, drizzle it over vanilla ice cream. Serve chilled.
Black Currant Iceberg (medium) 375ml
Black Currant is a very complex, yet perfectly balanced wine of a deep, rich purple colour. The special ingredient, iceberg water, adds to the delight of this Notre Dame wine. Its bold taste complements most meats and flavourful desserts. Serve chilled.
